I guess it's a bit late to work on writing a review for this movie, but hey we do a lot of older movies so what's the difference with this one? I made the mistake of seeing the newest Spiderman movie before watching this one, so I had a big spoiler with that, but I don't let spoilers get to me like some other people do (except for that Game of Thrones spoiler that happened to me a couple months ago just as I was about to be done binge watching the entire series - that hurt and I'm still bitter about it).
I needed to wait to watch this movie at home because I knew there was no way I would have been able to sit in a theater for over three hours without needing to get up and go to the bathroom, thus missing some of the movie. I'll never understand why some filmmakers feel the need to make movies this long. That being said though, this movie was entertaining the whole time - especially the second half.
I loved the story line, stemming from the previous movie and therefore ending the stories for a lot of the marvel characters. I loved the incorporation of Ant-Man's technology and the whole science fiction portion of it. I thought the film was very well thought out and very well tied up in a bow (those are my favorite endings friends!). The end fight scene was epic as usual, and the comic reliefs were placed just right throughout the movie. It's definitely on the top of my list for the entire batch of Marvel films.
I'm excited to see what is in store next for the Marvel universe. I hope we aren't waiting too long... still hoping to see Black Widow and hoping we don't have to wait too terribly long thanks to this coronavirus pushing back a lot of the major movies. Maybe they will follow suit from Wonder Woman and release it to stream from home. Here's hoping. I'm giving End Game a loved it. 5/5.
