I love salmon, probably my favorite fish. As for this particular recipe, I didn’t cedar plank grill the fish because that’s too much work. I baked the fish with garlic and pepper/salt in the oven and drizzled the blackberry sauce over that. I thought it was good. One more thing I don’t like about cooking in someone else’s kitchen is that my mom has this HUGE food processor, and it doesn’t work the greatest when I’m making such a small thing like blackberry drizzle. I can’t wait for our new house and my large kitchen!
I would make this recipe again for sure, and am looking for to the next fish recipe I make. Hopefully half the price please Shop n Save, thanks! Thumbs up
The overall recipe was simple to throw together, just like fruit pies usually are. The insides had the perfect consistency (I learned my lesson by using frozen fruit one time). We served it hot with some whipped cream on top and it was absolutely delicious! I would recommend this for a summer time dessert for sure. Thumbs up!
