since I ended up with almost three pounds of beef all to myself. I can't eat thatmuch food, but I'm sure that I can find someone to help me eat it right? Yeah, most definitely. Thumbs up for this recipe. Midwest - Beef
supposed to be like?). The middle part was fairly easy: put a bunch of fruit (really wish peaches and plums were in season at the moment, that would have be more delicious probably) and the milk filling. The top was easy: it was just like the topping on the Blueberry Buckle recipe I did awhile ago. The end product I didn't really like. It smelled really good, and I think that others eating liked it. It probably would have been better if I ate some a right when I took it out of the oven. I'm giving this recipe a Thumbs Down. Midwest - Dessert - Fruit

Swedish PancakesPancakes are one of my favorites for breakfast. One thing I'm not a fan of is that by the time you get through the whole bowl of batter, the pancakes are cold. But that's just something I deal with. This recipe brings us Swedish Pancakes. Though they look like normal pancakes that we all know and love, these are much thicker and not as sweet. Put some fruit on top though, and it's still pretty good. The recipe itself is easy to make, and word of advice, they cook way more evenly without a greased pan. I'm glad that I got the chance to make and |

Did you hear about the angry pancake? He just flipped.
Spicy Pumpkin SeedsThis was even easier than the pudding. Toss pumpkin seeds in sauce and spice and bake in the oven. That's all there is to it! Thumbs up for the easiness (they are pretty good too!) Midwest - Appetizer |
Banana PuddingI'm not going to lie to you, this recipe is not in my cookbook. Why did I make it you ask? Well, I pulled up the wrong "Banana Pudding" recipe on my phone while grocery shopping and decided to just go with it. As usual, pudding recipes aren't difficult at all. I layered some finished pudding with Nilla wafer, Reddi Whip, and some fresh banana slices. One thing I would try different is using milk instead of sweetened condensed milk. It was just way too sweet for me. But the finished product |

Southern Pimento Cheese SpreadPimento Cheese spread has been one of my favorite dips for a long time now. 1. Because it's super easy with only three ingredients and 2. It's cheese based. So when I saw this recipe in my cookbook I had to make it toute de suite. Remember that Stuffing I made last weekend? Well I took the reject sourdough pieces, baked them in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes, and used them to dip into the cheese spread. Pretty delicious if I do say so myself. Thumbs Up |

Artichoke StuffingI made this as a side dish to go with Thanksgiving dinner with my friends. Stuffing is one of my favorite sides so I was excited to make it from scratch for the first time. It wasn't as difficult as I thought. Baking the bread turned out perfect, I may do this in the future just for croutons or something. The mix of artichokes, mushrooms, celery, and onions smelled so good. When put in the dish with the bread and broth, it smelled even better after it was done baking. Next time I don't think I would use sourdough |

Ozark Mountain Berry PieI'm not going to lie to you, I've never made a pie before. So this experience was a good one for me, and I thought it was actually a lot of fun. The berry pie is pretty easy, just boil the blueberries and then add the rest of the berries and put it in the pie crust to bake. I even did the lattice feature just like the cookbook - picture perfect I must say. And it tasted AMAZING. Normally I don't eat blueberries (refer to my Blueberry Buckle post) but I had to try this one because my house smelled amazing while it was baking. I was not disappointed. Probably the only fruit pie I |
